Free Water Testing
Our complimentary in-home water testing service is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase. Test results are for informational purposes and may vary from certified laboratory analysis.
Product Warranty
Water treatment systems sold by HydraGen Essentials include a manufacturer warranty as specified at the time of purchase. Warranty coverage, terms, and duration vary by product. Warranty details are provided in writing with every installation.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are provided as quotes and may vary based on system requirements, installation complexity, and property conditions. Final pricing is confirmed before installation begins. Financing options are subject to credit approval through our third-party financing partners.
Limitation of Liability
HydraGen Essentials is not liable for damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products beyond the amount paid for the specific service or product. We are not responsible for pre-existing plumbing conditions or water quality issues beyond the scope of installed treatment systems.
Website Use
The water quality data and reports provided on this website are based on publicly available municipal water testing data and health guidelines from independent organizations. Results are approximations and should not replace professional in-home water testing.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduled appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. For installation services, a cancellation policy will be outlined in your service agreement.
